Guest passes are available to purchase at most of our gyms starting from £10 each. These are sold in our vending machines inside the gym. Please give your local gym a call in advance to check that you'll be able to purchase a guest pass at that location.

To gain access to the gym as a non-member, please press the green button near the entry gates and a member of our team will come over to help.

If you would just like to have a look round the gym before joining, please feel free to pop down during our opening hours and a member of staff will be happy to give you a tour. For 24 hour gyms, please visit between 6am - 10pm.
